In the clip that went viral in recent days, the mother of a little girl said: 'We lost everything. I went to dinner at my parents' house, who live across the patio.' She continued her story: 'I took them to my house and came back. I broke the glass with my hand, opened the hose, and tried to put it out until the police and firefighters arrived very quickly and managed to extinguish everything. I fainted, the ambulance came, and it was chaos,' Rocío added. 'We lost our work equipment, the people from the school my daughter attends gave her a uniform and a bed. I cleaned the house, did crafts with my daughter, and lit incense. I opened the door, one of the cats came out, I went in with a respirator and found my other cat weakened. After dinner, we watched cartoons with my daughter, we went to bed, and the power went out because the circuit breaker tripped.' 'The dogs started barking, I opened the window, and our apartment... smoke was coming out of the bricks, everywhere. It's a long process, and many hands are helping us.' 'We are going to rebuild our home with three times the love: a video of my daughter and my husband,' she stated in one of her latest videos, where her little daughter and partner can be seen helping with chores. 'Last night we suffered a fire in my apartment, we and the animals are fine. Our alias is Rosarabia1, the account is in the name of Rocio Sarabia via Mercado Pago, any grain of help will be appreciated! Additionally, the entire structure of the room was lost and we have no insurance. I never thought I would do this, but we need financial help.' We lost our entire home and work equipment, we need your help to replace everything and keep working! It's amazing the number of kind-hearted people. To be aware that an incense stick can cause this,' she concluded in the clip between tears and images of her home in ruins. Some time later, she detailed: 'I am calmer now. Now we are trying to get everything out. We started to recover the walls, we clean the soot, on the floor we put ceramics, the installations were burned and have to be put from scratch. We are collecting to recover our photography and filming tools to get back to work,' she closed. As the days went by, she showed the progress of the reconstruction: 'We have received donations from painters, electricians, and many hands that help.'
